FOOD, WINE AND COOKING CLASSES IN MODENA AND BOLOGNA

Are you looking for a customized tour to discover the typical food and wine of Modena and Bologna?

Follow me and you will know what to do in Bologna and Modena in one day: we will visit farms, discover good products of the Emilia Romagna region, learn how to prepare different recipes, and eat!

We will meet quite early in the morning and, by car, we could easily reach a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy close to Modena where cheeses from 12 to 38 months of aging are produced. 

Later we will visit a small traditional balsamic vinegar farm where we could learn how the "dark gold of Modena" is obtained.

Then we can meet the "sfogline", two fantastic pasta makers who prepare handmade fresh eggs pasta every day. They will teach you how to use the rolling pin to prepare from scratch tagliatelle with ragout, tortelloni with ricotta cheese, and tortellini with broth or cream. A real cooking class in the food valley of Modena and Bologna.

The cooking course can be given also in a winery so that you will have your lunch paired with good local Lambrusco or Pignoletto wines.
