The area of Bologna and Modena is very famous for some typical products like Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano, Lambrusco/Pignoletto wines and pasta with bolognese Ragù.
This is the reason why my friends of Try And Taste (www.tryandtaste.it) and I (www.yourowntour.it) have decided to mix up all these ingredients and offer you for next year, 2019, a unique, unforgettable private tour called “the luxury tour of food and wine”
The experience includes:
Walking tour through the vineyards of a wonderful farm on the hills of Bologna.
At the farm you could attend a special cooking class called “Fingers in dough” where you can learn how to prepare fresh eggs pasta Emilia Romagna style!
The course will teach you how to use the rolling pin to prepare two kinds of pasta and how to cook it. In the meantime you will learn how to prepare two different dressing (souce) to complete the recipe.
After the cooking show you will eat the meal prepared as follows:
- Tortelloni with ricotta cheese in a souce prepared with Parmigiano Reggiano cream (36 months of aging) and traditional Balsamic vinegar of Modena (25 years of aging)
- “Farfalle” (bow-tie shape) pasta with “Ragù alla Bolognese”
- Traditonal dessert
