Food and wine tour on Modena Apennines

Do you want to spend a special day on the Emilian Apennines drinking good wine, walking throughout vineyards and eating well after a fantastic cooking course of traditional handmade fresh eggs pasta?

Your own tour, specialized in private and customized tours of Emilia Romagna, in collaboration with Try and Taste cooking class and Terraquilia winery is proud to present the above experience in the following dates:

March 16th, April 27th, May 4th and June 8th!

The event in such dates is subject to a minimum number of 14 people! So if you love being in a group you can join us in above mentioned days otherwise, if you prefer a private exclusive tour,the same experience can also be made for at least 2 individuals and customized as per your desires!

The wine tour on the hills of Modena includes a full immersion day in the world of wine with a visit to the production site and tasting of typical wines made with ancestral method.

Lunch in the winery with good glasses of wine and food prepared after the cooking class of handmade fresh eggs pasta.

Two professional pasta makers (Sfogline) of Modena will teach you all the secrets of Emilia Romagna tradition during the course in the winery.

In the afternoon you can attend and be part of the manual uncorking (à la voleé) of a bottle of wine or, if you prefer, and the weather is good, you can have a stroll throughout the vineyards on the hills of Modena.
