My special food tour of one day!

After a long winter I need sunlight! And you? Are you ready to get in the car with me for a food tour? So come on. We leave Bologna at about 9.00 a.m.

 First stop at 10,15 a.m. Parmigiano Reggiano Dairy near Modena.

 After visit and tasting at 11.30 a.m. we are ready for another   destination...

Next stop: Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena for visit and tasting..

And now? Are you ready to visit a wine producer and sip his wine made with ancestral method? Here we are! Francesco will explain you all the secrets of his lambrusco...

 

 Are you hungry? No problem my friends Monica and Barbara have already   laid the table and are ready to prepare fresh eggs pasta with rolling   pin!

Now, the best part of the tour. We eat what we have prepared: tortelloni  with butter and sage, "farfalle" with ragout and two different types of  

wine. Buon appetito!
